There are two steps to scheduling and potentially rescheduling your SOA certification exam:

Scheduling

Schedule your appointment: Once registered, visit Prometric's website, the company that proctors SOA exams. Choose a testing center, date, and time that works for you within the available testing window. https://proscheduler.prometric.com/

Rescheduling

Timeframe and Fees: You can reschedule your exam appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled test date, subject to availability and potential fees. There's a $70 fee for rescheduling within 29 days of the exam and a $35 fee for cancelling within that timeframe.
Rescheduling Methods: You can reschedule through the Prometric website, their automated voice response system, or by contacting their regional registration center depending on your location.
