How to schedule and reschedule RSA certification exams.

You don't directly schedule or reschedule RSA exams through RSA itself. The scheduling process is handled by a third-party proctoring company, PSI, which is commonly used for many certification exams.

Here's a breakdown of the scheduling and rescheduling process for RSA certifications:

Scheduling:
- Log in to your My Portal account associated with your RSA certification.
- Look for a section or button labeled ""Schedule"" (which may become active only during specific times).
- Clicking it will take you to the PSI Bridge Proctoring Platform.
- You can choose your preferred language for the interface.
- Select your country, time zone, and preferred date and time for the exam. There's usually a 24-hour lead time requirement, so the earliest you can schedule is typically the next day. You can schedule exams up to 90 days in advance.
Rescheduling:
- Rescheduling follows a similar process through My Portal.
- Look for a ""Cancel or Reschedule"" option.
- You can reschedule as long as it's at least 24 hours before your scheduled exam time. They won't allow changes if it's within 24 hours of your exam.

Important to Remember:

You have 12 months from registering to take the exam (and any retakes you might be eligible for). This deadline applies unless your corporate subscription expires earlier.
Missing a scheduled exam (becoming a ""No-Show"") results in forfeiting your exam fees without a refund and disqualifies you from a retake.
